Meet The Founders
Tasha Su'a
Owner, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Tasha Su’a-Skipps, a proud mother of 8, is a dynamic and influential individual who has made a lasting impact on education. After studying communications at Brigham Young University and later transferring to Arizona State University for Educational Studies, she dedicated over 7 years to working with troubled youth. Transitioning to higher education, she worked in the college sector for several years, starting in admissions and eventually becoming the Director of Student Services. In 2019, Tasha embraced homeschooling, teaching her own children and elite student-athletes. She relocated to Las Vegas in 2020, assisting homeschooling families and expanding her reach to 8 states. With 2 Las Vegas locations, 2 cohorts in Florida and Utah, and plans for additional locations, Tasha and her team empower students and families on their educational journey as she moves to inspire and help children reach their full potential in all aspects of their lives.

Rachelle Rutherford
Rachelle Rutherford is the CEO of Kids on the Move (KOTM), a multimillion-dollar non-profit serving children with delays and disabilities. Rachelle defends the innocence of children and holds a dual title as Mrs. World America and Mrs. World America Fitness 2023-24. With a life-long love of education, she has earned dual undergraduate degrees in business management and finance and a master’s degree in business administration. She is a speaker, Forbes author of Chasing The Impossible, co-host of the Purpose Powered Podcast, entrepreneur, and life and business strategist with over 20 years of executive leadership experience in many diverse industries: commercial real estate, education, genealogy, information technology, and telecommunications. Rachelle loves a good challenge and is gifted in applying her expertise in using data analytics to create results. She consults businesses on strategic revenue growth and operational efficiency, and she serves on several boards. Her most important roles are being a wife and mother to six amazing children.

Ryan Erickson
Ryan Erickson has a diverse background. Prior to joining Kids on the Move (KOTM) as the COO, he spent more than twenty years in executive leadership roles within medical, technical consulting, and information technology industries. He has served as the CEO, COO, CTO, and other technical positions throughout his career. He founded two successful professional services/customer support companies. Ryan has consulted with several companies to help them with the operations, professional services, customer success, customer support, and sales for their organizations. He is a business coach and CEO mentor, thought leader and innovator, Keynote Speaker, co-host of the Purpose Powered Podcast, and serves on several boards. Ryan founded and operates The Startup Revolution that helps entrepreneurs and CEO’s take their ideas to reality.

Samuel Sells
Sam is the CEO and Founder of multiple 7 to 8-figure businesses and a full-time investor. Throughout his career, he has raised over $1B in public and $20M in private capital. He has led $2B in international development and redevelopment projects. He was part of the small team awarded the Samuel J. Heyman Service to America Medal in 2014. His companies currently operate $60M+ in active real estate projects. Sam is a retired Air Force officer who lives in Texas with his wife and children. Nicole Espinosa
Nicole Espinosa, best-selling author of “Short Sales Uncensored,” is a leading short sale expert and licensed realtor based in Dallas, TX. Specializing in difficult real estate transactions, she has successfully closed thousands of short sales and continues to process hundreds monthly through her company, The Short Sale Queen, brokered by Exp Realty. With a background as an REO manager and extensive experience in distressed properties, Nicole is a sought-after speaker and educator in the real estate industry. She is also a dedicated mentor and mother to her two children, Elias and Emma.

Erica Mahan
steadfast commitment to academic excellence and continuous institutional improvement. Her passion for fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and student success is evident in her work designing curriculum content, managing compliance documentation, and supporting e-learning initiatives.
In addition to her corporate roles, Erica runs her own consulting firm, working with institutions across the US. Erica’s educational background includes an MBA, and a Bachelor of Science in Higher Education Management. She is currently working on an Ed.D. in Leadership. As a mother to seven, and grandma to one, she finds precious quiet time with her husband traveling and hanging out at the beach.

Breezie Tupola
Breezie Tupola, born and raised in Utah, brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role at Elite Performance Prep Academy. Her journey began with a love for education from a young age, tutoring children and adapting teaching methods to fit their unique learning styles. Alongside her academic
pursuits, Breezie excelled in basketball and earned scholarships to play at the collegiate level.
As a former college athlete and childcare teacher, Breezie values personal development and nurturing young minds. Now, as part of the Elite team, she is passionate about combining education and athletics to make a difference in children’s lives. Joining Elite Prep was a natural choice for Breezie, aligning perfectly with her commitment to fostering growth and development in children.
Breezie enjoys reading and spending quality time with her loved ones in her spare time, emphasizing the importance of family and community. Her dedication to making a difference at Elite Performance Prep Academy reflects her rich background and unwavering commitment to student success.
Director of Academics
Krissy Turner
Krissy Turner served in public education and school leadership in Tennessee, supporting both teachers and students, for more than 24 years. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Tennessee and a doctorate from East Tennessee State University. After relocating to the Florida Panhandle for
her husband’s career, Turner began consulting and coaching school leaders across the U.S. and ultimately co-created her own instructional leadership consulting company.
Turner believes her background in education serves her well in supporting leaders by using strategic listening and creating a connection to understand an individual’s needs and aspirations and then formulating a support plan to help them realize their goals. She is also skilled in instructional leadership, teaching and learning, project management, organization and communication.
Turner and her husband, Brian, are parents to three children, Molly, Lily and Will, and one Labradoodle, Drake. In her free time, she enjoys running and being connected to the water and outdoors.
Community Outreach Specialist
Trish Wagner
On any given day, chances are better than good that you will find Trish investing time in her family, career, and our local community! With roots spanning from Appalachia to Ohio, Trish has called Walton County home for over four years. She is married to her best friend, Chris, and mother to
four wonderful children while just recently becoming a new Grandmother!
Always an entrepreneur, Trish is and has been a small business owner for many years, including owning a thriving in-home childcare business for 10 years while living in Ohio. Additionally, Trish has carried her passion for health & wellness into a successful career as a Holistic Health Coach along with being certified in Regenerative Detoxification.
After years of observing a decline in the public education system, Trish used that same entrepreneurial spirit to homeschool her 10-year-old daughter. She has also volunteered to help other educational co-op organizations and finds great joy in fostering the talents of children as individuals through proven learning & development strategies. Trish supports and encourages education reform and welcomes the opportunity to work with other educators and parents for better outcomes.
Beyond focusing on her family and career, Trish genuinely cares about community outreach and connecting people while remaining true to her Conservative values. Never one to lose sight of balance, Trish also finds time to enjoy our beautiful beaches and loves biking, hiking, traveling, and cooking. She always welcomes great conversation and never backs down from a challenge!

Tasi Fakatoumafi
Tasi Fakatoumafi is the CEO and Founder of Fit Fuel in Henderson, NV, where she led the business, managing the processing, packing, and sale of goods both locally and interstate via Instagram, while maintaining a detailed order spreadsheet. She excels in customer service, food service,
leadership, English, and time management. Currently, she is a Business student at Bishop Gorman High School, maintaining a 4.0 GPA with honors in English and Forensics. As a multi-sport athlete since fourth grade and a team captain, she has honed her character, teamwork, and leadership skills. Growing up as the second oldest in a family of eight has imparted valuable life skills essential for the professional world. Tasi loves learning and being active, especially outdoors when the weather is nice, but most importantly, she loves spending time with her family.

Born and raised in Oahu, Hawaii, Tiana is an entrepreneur that has cultivated a passion for business and sports from a young age. After completing Business Management classes in college, she launched their own business in 2020, marking the beginning of an exciting
entrepreneurial journey.
Having excelled in athletics, Tiana played softball at a collegiate level on a full scholarship, showcasing her dedication and competitive spirit. This background in sports has instilled a strong sense of teamwork and perseverance, qualities that she applies to her business endeavors. Now residing in Nevada, she continues to stay active by enjoying pickleball, a sport that allows her to maintain their athletic lifestyle while fostering connections with others.
Family is a cornerstone of Tiana’s life, and she cherishes spending quality time with loved ones. Her commitment to both personal and professional growth reflects a well-rounded team player who values relationships and community, making her a dynamic presence in the business landscape.
